To ensure that credits claims are handled correctly, our office must be notified within 24 hours. Any request outside the 24 hours frame will not be granted. Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the products received, any comments, shortages or complaints must be recorded in the driver’s manifest and the product must be returned. This process helps us improve customer service. If replacement is needed, please contact our sales department.

All payments must be made within the trading terms as stipulated on your invoice. If the account goes into arreas a reminder message will be sent. Rica Pastries may suspend deliveries until payment is received, without further notice.
